powerOne Resets to Trial

While powerOne for BlackBerry smartphones may reset to a trial version after an operating system upgrade, we have also seen it reset randomly. We believe that sometimes the registration key isn't set in the database correctly. To make sure it is locked in, complete the following steps:
  • Run the software and enter the registration key
  • Once the key is accepted, select the back button immediately to the right of the trackball until you have exited the application
  • Run powerOne again
